Peacock announced on December 9, 2024, that the Season 8 episodes would drop Thursday, December 12. At the time, the service said Superfan Episodes from Seasons 1–7 were already available exclusively on Peacock. That was the lineup then, not the current extent of the collection. What makes a Superfan Episode different?
Peacock described the episodes as enhanced with “extended scenes and never-before-seen material.” NBCUniversal later characterized the collection as longer cuts with never-before-seen footage, recut scenes and bonus moments. These descriptions do not establish that every episode has the same amount of extra footage, or that every added moment will be new to every viewer.

Is the full Superfan collection available now?
NBCUniversal announced in January 2026 that Season 9 would be the final Superfan season and premiere on January 26. The announcement said Peacock would be the exclusive home to all nine seasons at that time, completing the rollout. Streaming rights and access can change, so check Peacock for current availability. Universal Pictures Home Entertainment announced The Office: The Complete Series – Superfan Extended Episodes for Digital and Blu-ray beginning July 14, 2026. It is a complete-series release, not a Season 8-only set. The studio lists 30 Blu-ray discs, a total runtime of 101 hours and 20 minutes, English SDH subtitles and English DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1. Its announcement describes 194 extended episodes and more than 25 hours of footage unaired during the original broadcast run.
