BIGHIT MUSIC’s official profile lists RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook. The question of marriage must be assessed member by member; a statement about one person cannot establish the status of the group.
What do the public statements actually confirm?
Jimin and Song Da Eun
On August 31, 2025, BIGHIT MUSIC said Jimin and Song Da Eun had previously had an affinity and connection, but were not dating at the time of the statement. What can be concluded about BTS members’ marital status?
The evidence supports a narrow conclusion: these sources do not confirm that any member is married, but they also do not establish a current, group-wide account of each member’s private marital status. It would be inaccurate to turn the absence of a marriage announcement in these reports into a claim that all seven are unmarried.
For a stronger claim, look for a current confirmation from the member or an authorized representative that explicitly addresses marriage. A dating statement, denial of an old rumor, lyrics, or fan interactions cannot substitute for that confirmation.

How to evaluate claims about a member’s marriage
- Check authority: Prefer a direct statement from the member or an authorized agency representative over anonymous posts or rumor accounts.
- Check the date: A past denial establishes what was said about that rumor then, not a person’s status today.
- Check what the statement is about: Dating and marriage are different claims; do not treat one as proof of the other.
- Check who it covers: A statement about one member does not apply to the other six.
