The Invisible Man defeated Invisible Stan in a 7:19 singles match at Game Changer Wrestling’s Joey Janela’s Spring Break 3 Part 1 on April 5, 2019. Its central joke is simple: the wrestlers are presented as invisible, while referee Bryce Remsburg reacts and counts as if he can see them, giving the audience cues to imagine the wrestling action.
When and where the match happened
The bout was part of Joey Janela’s Spring Break 3 Part 1, a live pay-per-view held April 5, 2019, at White Eagle Hall in Jersey City, New Jersey. The event record lists The Invisible Man as the winner over Invisible Stan and gives the match duration as 7:19. Cagematch’s event record supplies the result and duration.
How a match between invisible wrestlers works
The performers are framed as invisible characters, so the audience does not follow conventional visible wrestling action. Instead, Remsburg’s movements, expressions and counts establish what viewers are meant to imagine: he reacts as though the wrestlers are there, and the crowd can read those reactions as cues for the next beat.
A contemporary event report describes pin attempts and a chair sequence, with Remsburg responding to the imagined action. The humor comes from treating those familiar wrestling moments seriously even though the performers themselves cannot be seen. The match becomes a piece of wrestling theater: the referee supplies the visible performance, and the audience mentally fills in the rest. 411Mania’s event report recounts those beats.

What happens in the story
BackBodyDrop describes the bout as a brother-versus-brother grudge match. Its review recounts several escalating gags: Remsburg putting on Joey Janela’s sunglasses, an apparent dive from a balcony, blood, and Kikutaro interfering. These are details as described by that reviewer, rather than independently verified production facts. Read the BackBodyDrop review.
