Lindsay Lohan (Annie James and Hallie Parker)
After playing both twins, Lohan continued acting. Us Weekly’s July 2023 account noted her 2022 Netflix film Falling for Christmas and reported that she had signed with Netflix for multiple films. It also reported that Lohan and Bader Shammas welcomed a son in 2023. Those details describe what the retrospective reported at the time; it does not establish her current projects.
Dennis Quaid (Nick Parker)
The 2023 retrospective described Quaid’s later film and television work, executive producing, podcasts, and solo music touring. It is a career snapshot, not confirmation of a current tour or project.
Rank #2
Natasha Richardson (Elizabeth James)
Richardson died in March 2009, aged 45, following a skiing accident. Her castmates remembered her at a 2020 virtual reunion. Lohan recalled, “Natasha had such an elegance and grace and was so maternal to me.” Quaid said she was “so giving and so glad to be there” and “transmitted that joy of being able to do what we do.”
Elaine Hendrix (Meredith Blake)
Us Weekly’s 2023 retrospective described Hendrix’s subsequent work as an actor, producer, writer, and director, as well as her animal-rights advocacy. It reported that she founded The Pet Matchmaker in 2012 and served on the board of Stray Rescue of St. Louis. The article also noted her friendship with Walter; its organizational details should be understood as reported in 2023, not as confirmation of current affiliations.
Rank #3
Lisa Ann Walter (Chessy)
The 2023 account reported that Walter had played Melissa Schemmenti on Abbott Elementary since 2021, alongside other film and television credits and work as a producer, writer, and director. It also noted her friendship with Hendrix. The retrospective does not establish her current season or role status.
Simon Kunz (Martin)
The retrospective lists later credits including the television series The Last Kingdom and the films Match Point and Captain America: The First Avenger. These are examples of his subsequent work, not evidence of a current project.

In a video reunion organized to benefit World Central Kitchen’s COVID-19 relief work, Lohan, Quaid, Walter, Kunz, Hendrix, Meyers, and Charles Shyer revisited the film and remembered Richardson. Meyers praised Lohan’s on-camera presence, saying, “To be a movie star — or to be the lead of a movie — you need to have that connection with the camera that is very present.” Lohan described the film’s effect on her: “Without this movie, I wouldn’t have gotten that acting bug.” The Los Angeles Times reported on the reunion on July 20, 2020.
The reunion is a record of what the participants recalled in 2020, rather than a current cast-status update. Its most personal moments were the tributes to Richardson from Lohan and Quaid.
