Jamie Chua’s diamond-set Himalaya Niloticus crocodile Birkin is reported to be the most expensive Birkin in her collection. PurseBop put its value at about US$300,000 in 2020, while a 2019 South China Morning Post report cited S$300,000 (about US$220,000 at the time). These are dated media estimates—not a current appraisal or confirmed sale—so the ranking below is limited to bags and figures that have been specifically reported.

Available reporting does not establish prices for every Birkin Chua owns, so this is a ranking of the specifically identified bags with reported figures, not a complete inventory or an independently verified valuation.

1. Diamond Himalaya Niloticus crocodile Birkin
PurseBop’s 2020 feature reported that Chua’s Himalaya Birkin has 245 diamonds set on white gold and valued it at about US$300,000. The earlier South China Morning Post estimate was S$300,000, described then as about US$220,000. The currencies and dates differ, and neither report establishes a present-day appraisal or a completed sale of Chua’s bag.
“Himalaya” refers to the bag’s white-to-grey color gradient, inspired by snowy mountain peaks; it does not mean the crocodile came from the Himalayas. Sotheby’s describes the material as Niloticus crocodile and notes that rarity, materials, craftsmanship, provenance, and condition can influence collector value. 2. Rose Scheherazade crocodile Birkin
AsiaOne reported a price of S$125,190 for Chua’s Rose Scheherazade, described as a Birkin 35 Retourne in Porosus crocodile with palladium-plated hardware. That reported figure gives this specifically named bag a place in the comparison, but it should not be read as a verified resale result or a current valuation. AsiaOne also reported a S$63,000–S$91,400 range for a Himalaya Niloticus crocodile bag in Chua’s collection; it did not establish that the range applies to her diamond-set example, so the two should not be conflated. Why the figures do not make a definitive price list
An estimate attached to a celebrity’s collection is not interchangeable with a resale listing, a private transaction, or a public auction result. Even two Himalaya diamond Birkins may not be directly comparable: size, hardware, condition, date stamp, leather, and provenance matter. For context only, Sotheby’s reports a US$450,000 private sale in 2022 for a diamond Himalaya Birkin 30 and a US$336,000 sale in February 2025 for a diamond-hardware Himalaya Birkin 25. Those are sales of other bags, not Chua’s, and they do not verify or update the estimates attributed to her collection.
