These are the 10 shows BGR called Apple TV+’s must-watch titles on April 8, 2025—not a current popularity ranking. The list ranges from high-concept science fiction and psychological suspense to workplace comedies, crime, espionage, and newsroom drama. Use the guide below to find a show that fits your mood, then check Apple’s regional TV page for current availability and subscription terms.
What this Apple TV+ list represents
BGR’s April 8, 2025 article presented these titles as the platform’s Top 10 “as of this week.” Its ordering is a dated editorial snapshot, not evidence of current viewing figures or a ranking for October 2026. Apple’s U.S. TV page, checked October 8, 2026, features Ted Lasso, Slow Horses, Silo, and other programming; that page reflects Apple’s current merchandising, not an objective most-watched chart. Read BGR’s April 2025 article and see Apple’s U.S. TV page.
The 10 shows, by viewing mood
The titles cover very different kinds of viewing. Pick a high-concept mystery for a puzzle, a workplace show for comedy or drama, or a crime and spy series for more tension. The descriptions below follow the April 2025 list; they are not ratings or popularity measurements.
1. Severance — workplace science fiction
At Lumon Industries, employees undergo a procedure that separates their work memories from their personal ones. The premise turns office life into a science-fiction thriller about identity and corporate control. Ben Stiller produced the series, which Dan Erickson created.
