There is no established, official ranking of the 25 strongest Power Rangers, and the available evidence does not support a defensible 25-person list. The clearest contenders in the material available are Lord Drakkon from the BOOM! Studios comics and Orion, the Super Megaforce Silver Ranger—but even their abilities are not measured on a shared scale. A responsible ranking has to separate continuities and distinguish individual power from borrowed forms, team weapons, and Megazords.
Why a definitive top 25 does not exist
“Strongest” is an editorial judgment, not a franchise statistic. No official cross-series power scale or authoritative top-25 list is established by the sources available here. A character’s placement can change depending on whether the comparison includes television only or also licensed comics, and whether it measures a Ranger’s personal abilities or the combined strength of a team and its equipment.
The available supporting entertainment ranking covers seven characters, not 25. It cannot establish the remaining names or their order. Naming 25 winners without episode- or issue-level evidence would make the list look more certain than the evidence allows.
Two candidates with distinct kinds of power
| Candidate | Continuity | What the cited material supports | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lord Drakkon, an alternate-universe Tommy Oliver | BOOM! Studios comics | A 2025 ComicBook.com ranking characterizes Drakkon as combining Green and White Ranger powers, taking other Rangers’ morphers, and remaking a world. These are claims about the comics storyline, not the television continuity. | A measured power level, a direct comparison with every Ranger, or a definitive first-place ranking. |
| Orion, Super Megaforce Silver | Television; Super Megaforce | The same ComicBook.com ranking describes Orion as having access to the powers of past sixth Rangers through combined keys. | That every borrowed ability is unrestricted, or that access to multiple forms makes Orion stronger than any particular Ranger. |
Drakkon is a serious contender if comics are included, while Orion represents a different kind of advantage: versatility through access to previous Ranger powers. Those descriptions do not create a direct, like-for-like contest. The specific comic issues and episode feats would need to be checked before either character could be assigned a firm place in a ranked list.

Why borrowed powers complicate comparisons
Bandai’s 2014 announcement describes Super Megaforce Legendary Ranger Keys as unlocking powers of past Rangers. Power Rangers Central’s reference page describes the keys as enabling past forms and Legendary Ranger Mode. Together, these support treating power access as a dimension of versatility—not as proof that a user has the full, unrestricted strength of every Ranger represented by a key.
A fair comparison would ask what a Ranger actually demonstrates in combat, how durable and adaptable they are, and what impact they have beyond one fight. It would also keep a Ranger’s own abilities separate from a team’s Megazord or outside assistance. Without those distinctions, a ranking can confuse a large toolbox with greater individual strength.

What the Dino Fury roster does—and does not—show
Hasbro identifies these Dino Fury Rangers and colors: Zayto (Red), Ollie (Blue), Izzy (Green), Javi (Black), Amelia (Pink), and Aiyon (Gold). Hasbro describes the first season’s team as fueled by prehistoric dinosaur power and recruited to face an alien threat. That establishes team identity and power source; it does not compare any member with Rangers from other seasons.
Season descriptions, color assignments, and broad promotional terms such as “powerful” are not substitutes for comparable feats. A ranking that includes Dino Fury would need specific episode evidence for each candidate and a consistent way to account for team support.

What a defensible 25-character ranking would require
Before assigning 25 positions, an editor would need to set the scope—television continuity alone, or television plus comics—and verify each character’s decisive feats in the relevant episodes or comic issues. The same criteria should then be applied to every candidate:
- Combat feats: What named opponents did the Ranger defeat or hold off, and under what circumstances?
- Power breadth and scale: Which abilities belong to the Ranger, and which come from a borrowed form, weapon, team combination, or outside source?
- Durability and recovery: What damage could the Ranger withstand, and what evidence shows recovery?
- Versatility and tactics: How effectively did the Ranger use available abilities in different situations?
- Impact: Did the Ranger’s actions affect a team, a world, or a larger setting?
When two candidates have no direct comparison, their order remains an editorial judgment. That uncertainty should be stated rather than disguised as a numerical power scale.
