Their listed premiere dates—July 11 for the first two and July 23 for the third—have passed, so this is a retrospective, not a coming-soon guide. “Biggest” reflects the original article’s editorial picks, not a measured ranking by audience size.
What Apple TV+ featured in July 2025
BGR’s June 29, 2025 preview selected Foundation Season 3, The Wild Ones, and Acapulco Season 4 as the month’s biggest series. Apple’s official July 2025 video also featured all three titles. The available sources do not establish a comparative viewership ranking, so “biggest” is best understood as an editorial description rather than a popularity statistic.
| Series | Type and subject | Date listed by BGR |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation Season 3 | Science-fiction drama; galactic conflict | July 11, 2025 |
| The Wild Ones | Wildlife docuseries; rare and endangered animals | July 11, 2025 |
| Acapulco Season 4 | Comedy; resort life and a coming-of-age story | July 23, 2025 |
Foundation Season 3: science fiction and a new threat
BGR listed the third season of Foundation for July 11, 2025. The series draws on Isaac Asimov’s classic novels. In BGR’s description, the story jumps 152 years after the previous season: the Foundation has grown beyond its early ideals, the Cleonic Empire is weakening, and a warlord known as the Mule threatens galactic control with military force and psychic manipulation.
BGR identifies David S. Goyer as the series’ creative lead and names Cherry Jones, Pilou Asbæk, and Troy Kotsur among the performers associated with new characters. Viewers interested in the story’s literary roots can read Asimov’s Foundation novels as optional background; the books are not a prerequisite for watching the series.

BGR reports that the production used more than 350 custom-built cameras. That is the article’s reported production figure, rather than an independently confirmed statistic. BGR also describes the series as connecting threats to endangered species with wider ecosystems and showing conservation and scientific efforts. The available account does not independently verify that description against an Apple series page.
