In the Season 7 premiere of 1000-lb Sisters, Tammy discusses how she believes her sister Amy feels about Tammy’s reported weight loss. That is Tammy’s account of Amy’s feelings—not independent confirmation of Amy’s private motives or of the 500-pound figure attached to the story.
What Tammy says about Amy’s reaction
The story is framed around Tammy describing Amy’s feelings about Tammy’s reported weight loss. Without a verified transcript or reliable scene-level account, it would be misleading to supply exact dialogue or claim that Amy is jealous, resentful, proud, or conflicted. Those interpretations should rest on what Amy says or does in the episode, rather than assumptions about a complicated sibling relationship.

What the “500-pound” figure does—and does not—establish
The 500-pound number is part of the story’s framing, but the available official information does not establish how it was calculated, when it was measured, or whether it refers to a particular point in Tammy’s weight-loss journey. It should be treated as a reported figure, not as a verified measurement or a claim about the amount lost at a specific date.
When Season 7 premiered
Warner Bros. Discovery’s TLC announcement scheduled the season premiere for Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The announcement confirms the premiere timing, but does not independently document the scene or its exact wording: TLC’s Season 7 announcement.
