There is no verified, apples-to-apples strength ranking for WWE women in the available official profiles. If “strongest” means the power WWE presents on screen, Nia Jax, Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair are three clear examples—but that is an editorial reading of their profiles and wrestling personas, not a measured contest.
What does “strongest” mean in WWE?
In professional wrestling, strength can mean different things: the power a performer displays in matches, the lifts and moves associated with her, her billed or listed size, or athletic achievements outside wrestling. Those clues can help explain why a wrestler is presented as powerful, but none is a standardized test of who can lift the most.
WWE’s profiles for Jax, Ripley and Belair do not provide comparable strength-test results. The list below is therefore an editorial selection based on WWE’s descriptions and profile details, not a definitive ranking of real-world strength.
Three WWE women presented as especially powerful
Nia Jax: a powerhouse presentation
WWE lists Nia Jax at 6 feet and names the legdrop and Samoan Drop among her signature moves. Her profile says she stood out for power at the WWE Performance Center. That is WWE’s promotional characterization, rather than an independently verified strength measurement. See WWE’s Nia Jax profile.

Rhea Ripley: strength alongside a major title record
WWE describes Rhea Ripley as “terrifyingly strong” and lists her at 5 feet 7 inches. Her profile also records major WWE and NXT women’s title achievements and her 2023 Royal Rumble win. Those accomplishments establish her success in wrestling; they do not measure physical strength. See WWE’s Rhea Ripley profile.
Bianca Belair: strength-forward persona and track credentials
WWE bills Bianca Belair as “The strongest, fastest, toughest and all-around best.” Her profile identifies her as a former All-SEC and All-American track athlete and records a 419-day Raw Women’s Championship reign. Her athletic background and championship record provide context for her career, but neither is a standardized strength test. See WWE’s Bianca Belair profile.

How to compare them without claiming a definitive winner
These profiles offer several different comparison points, not a common measurement:
- On-screen power: WWE’s character descriptions and the moves associated with each wrestler show how the company presents her in the ring.
- Listed size: Jax and Ripley’s profiles give heights, but height alone does not establish strength.
- Athletic background: Belair’s profile documents track credentials; those are evidence of athletic achievement, not lifting capacity.
- Career accomplishments: Titles and tournament results show wrestling success. They cannot, on their own, determine who is physically strongest.
For a viewer choosing a favorite powerhouse, match presentation may be the most useful yardstick. For a real-world strength comparison, the profiles do not supply the comparable lifting figures or controlled tests needed to rank the three.

What WWE’s profiles do—and do not—establish
The three official profiles support describing Jax, Ripley and Belair as wrestlers WWE presents with strength or power in their character and career narratives. Profile language is promotional, and a listed height, athletic credential or championship reign should not be converted into a claim about measured strength.
The profiles were accessed on October 8, 2026; their wording and information about current status may change. They do not establish an objective all-time ranking of WWE women or a standardized comparison of strength.
