It did not give tour dates or venues. The tour was named dominATE later in 2024, when Japan dates were announced.
What did Stray Kids announce in STEP OUT 2024?
Published by Soompi on December 31, 2023, the report said the annual preview video was released at midnight KST on January 1. The video looked back at 2023 and previewed plans for the year ahead. Soompi’s report described four headline plans:

- New albums
- The group’s third world tour
- Its fourth fanmeeting
- More video content
The content series named in contemporaneous reporting included SKZ-PLAYER, 1 Kid’s Room and 2 Kids Show. STEP OUT was a preview, not a detailed schedule: it did not establish dates or venues for the tour or fanmeeting.
What was the dominATE tour?
The world tour previewed in STEP OUT was formally named Stray Kids World Tour dominATE in a July 2024 announcement. Sony Music Japan announced six Japan shows, describing the tour as the group’s largest to date—a promotional characterization from the announcement, not an independently measured comparison. How did the itinerary develop?
The initial Japanese announcement was not the full itinerary. Later coverage reported performances across additional regions and further date additions, including Latin America, North America and Europe. Soompi’s updated tour coverage tracks those subsequent announcements; they should not be treated as part of the original July schedule.
