Tekashi 6ix9ine negó las acusaciones de Yailin La Más Viral y sostuvo que la demanda contenía mentiras. Respondió con publicaciones y un en vivo en Instagram, habló del caso en una entrevista y, después, presentó una contestación judicial que negó numerosas alegaciones. Esas declaraciones son su versión; no prueban ni refutan por sí mismas lo denunciado.
Qué denunció Yailin
Yailin presentó una demanda civil contra su expareja, Daniel Hernández —conocido como Tekashi 6ix9ine— en una corte de Florida el 19 de septiembre de 2024, según Univision. En declaraciones a Al Rojo Vivo, describió abuso físico, psicológico y sexual durante el año que duró la relación, informó El Universo el 21 de septiembre de 2024. La cobertura también mencionó alegaciones de fraude financiero y explotación. Son señalamientos contenidos en una denuncia, no hechos establecidos por una decisión judicial.
Cómo respondió Tekashi en redes y entrevistas
Publicaciones y un en vivo en Instagram
En una publicación de Instagram, Tekashi advirtió a la persona que, según él, aconsejaba a Yailin y dijo que conservaba pruebas. Univision describió que mostró recibos y estados de cuenta que presentó como registros de transacciones. Ese material, tal como fue presentado por él, se refería a transacciones y no respondía a las acusaciones de abuso físico y emocional.
Horas después de las declaraciones de Yailin, Tekashi hizo un en vivo en Instagram y mostró documentos relacionados con producciones musicales, además de videos e imágenes junto a la hija de ella, informó People en Español. También defendió su papel en el cuidado de la niña. Ese argumento fue parte de su respuesta pública: las imágenes o su relato sobre la crianza no determinan si las acusaciones son ciertas o falsas.

En el en vivo, según People en Español, dijo: “Con las acusaciones que se están haciendo, uno se tiene que defender, uno no se puede quedar callado”. Univision también lo citó diciendo que “es mejor ir contra el diablo” que contra él, en el contexto de su advertencia a quien, según él, aconsejaba a Yailin.
Entrevista con Primer Impacto
En una entrevista con Primer Impacto, Tekashi calificó la demanda de falsa y cuestionó, entre otros puntos, la alegación de que la hubiera presionado para someterse a procedimientos estéticos. Dijo: “Esa demanda te digo que no existe. Hay muchas mentiras ahí”. La demanda sí había sido presentada en Florida; con esa frase, él negaba la sustancia de las acusaciones, no la existencia del proceso. El reportaje de Univision señaló que abandonó la entrevista cuando la conversación volvió al tema de Yailin.

Qué dijo en su contestación judicial
El 3 de enero de 2025, Hernández presentó una contestación judicial en la que negó numerosas alegaciones y solicitó un juicio por jurado, de acuerdo con la cobertura del caso. Es un escrito que expone la postura del demandado; no es un fallo ni una determinación sobre lo ocurrido.

La actualización más reciente identificada en la cobertura es un reportaje de AllHipHop del 27 de agosto de 2026. Según ese artículo, la jueza Aileen Cannon desestimó 17 reclamos y otros 14 continuaban. La desestimación parcial no resolvía quién prevalecería en el caso y las alegaciones restantes seguían sin probarse.

AllHipHop informó que la respuesta a los reclamos restantes vencía el 14 de septiembre de 2026. No se verificó aquí actividad posterior a esa fecha, por lo que no puede afirmarse que el plazo se cumpliera ni que el caso haya terminado. A octubre de 2026, el estado procesal exacto posterior a ese plazo queda abierto.
