A Dassault-Breguet Mystere Falcon 900 registered as N898TS was historically associated with Taylor Swift: FAA-indexed registration paperwork names Taylor A. Swift, and the Associated Press described a Falcon 900 as one of her private aircraft in February 2024. Later reporting said the aircraft had been sold. The available evidence does not establish who owns it now or what aircraft Swift currently uses.
What kind of jet was associated with Taylor Swift?
The aircraft identified in the FAA-indexed registration paperwork as N898TS is a Dassault-Breguet Mystere Falcon 900. The document names Taylor A. In February 2024, the Associated Press described Swift as having more than one private aircraft and identified a Falcon 900 among them. That dated report does not establish which aircraft, if any, she owns or uses today. Associated Press, February 2, 2024
Was the Falcon 900 sold?
A February 2024 report said the Falcon 900 formerly associated with Swift had found a new home and reported its sale. This is secondary reporting, and the reviewed evidence does not verify the aircraft’s current owner. Yahoo News, February 2024 report

Falcon 900 and Falcon 900LX are not interchangeable
The registration record identifies N898TS as a Falcon 900. The Falcon 900LX is a variant in the same family, but the available evidence does not identify N898TS as an LX. That distinction matters when discussing specifications or emissions: a figure attached to a 900LX should not be presented as a measurement for N898TS.
For general context, AP reported that a Falcon 900 typically seats at least 12 people and can reach speeds up to 590 mph. These are figures reported for the model, not verified specifications for every configuration or for N898TS specifically. Associated Press, February 2, 2024

Dassault’s December 2024 listing gives details for an example 2023 Falcon 900LX, serial number 332. It describes that listing aircraft—not Swift’s historically associated Falcon 900—and notes that its specifications are subject to verification. Dassault Falcon, December 2024 listing

The AP reported an estimate by Gregory Keoleian, co-director of the University of Michigan Center for Sustainable Systems: a hypothetical 19,400-mile trip on a Dassault Falcon 900LX could emit more than 200,000 pounds of CO₂. AP noted that actual emissions depend on factors including flight paths and passenger count.
