The menu included new pumpkin drinks, returning fall favorites, pecan and banana-bread-inspired beverages, Iced Chaider, and seasonal food; availability now depends on the store and what remains in stock.
When did Starbucks’ 2026 fall menu launch?
Starbucks announced August 25, 2026, as the U.S. launch date for its fall menu and the return of the PSL. An August 24 report confirmed the latte would be available the next day. Starbucks’ August 3 announcement and its August 24 update provide the date and lineup. Since the launch date is in the past, check the Starbucks app or your local store for current availability; the announcements do not establish live inventory.
What pumpkin drinks were on the menu?
Alongside the returning PSL, Starbucks listed three new pumpkin drinks and three returning seasonal beverages.
New pumpkin drinks
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso: Blonde Espresso shaken with brown sugar syrup and cinnamon, served over ice with oatmilk and pumpkin cream cold foam.
- Pumpkin Spice Chai: Black tea with cinnamon and warming spices, steamed milk, pumpkin sauce, and pumpkin-spice topping.
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha: Iced matcha topped with pumpkin cream cold foam.
Returning pumpkin drinks
- Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai
- Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

Pecan beverages
The pecan lineup included Pecan Cortado, Iced Pecan Crunch Latte, and Pecan Crunch Latte.

Banana-bread-inspired drinks
Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai joined the menu. Starbucks said in its August 3 announcement that these banana-inspired beverages would be available beyond the fall season.
Iced Chaider
An August 24 account described Iced Chaider as Starbucks chai shaken with ice and strawberry açaí flavors to create a cider-like drink. The announcement identifies a flavor concept, not an independent taste assessment.

What seasonal food and merchandise were included?
New food items were the Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket, which Starbucks described as containing 20 grams of protein, and the Hedgehog Cake Pop. The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin returned.
Starbucks also announced a PSL Society collection featuring new drinkware and a hat. The announcement does not confirm availability through any particular retailer. Check Starbucks’ official channels or a store for current stock before making a trip.

What did Starbucks say about the launch?
In an August 28 post-launch report, Starbucks called August 25 “the strongest fall launch day across the U.S. and Canada in Starbucks history.” That is the company’s own characterization, not an independently measured industry statistic. The same report said the fall beverage rollout reached more than 85 markets around the world; that broader rollout does not mean every listed item was available in every U.S. location.
