Jod is Force-sensitive and received brief instruction from a Jedi as a child; the finale does not establish that he became a Jedi Knight. There is no post-credits scene, and a second season remains unconfirmed.
What happens at the end of Skeleton Crew?
Jod’s takeover puts At Attin in danger after he destroys the Supervisor, the system that has maintained the planet’s security and isolation. The safety droids and planet-wide power grid fail, leaving the community exposed to the pirates. Wim, Fern, KB, and Neel join their families to fight back and protect their home.
The decisive move is to bring down the Barrier. That sacrifices At Attin’s familiar protection but makes it possible to call for help from beyond the planet. New Republic forces arrive after the Barrier falls, defeat the pirate threat, and help end the takeover. Lucasfilm’s official episode-eight recap describes the children and their families working together to defend the planet.
At Attin survives, but it is no longer hidden from the wider galaxy. The finale does not spell out exactly how the planet will relate to the New Republic or what will happen to its older systems; those consequences remain open.

Is Jod a Jedi?
No—not as far as the finale confirms. Jod can use the Force, and he explains that an unnamed Jedi found him as a poor child and began training him. She was killed before his instruction could become extensive. That history explains his abilities, but it does not establish that he completed Jedi training or became a Jedi Knight.
His claim to the Supervisor that he is a Jedi is part of his deception. The useful distinction is that Jod is Force-sensitive and was briefly trained by a Jedi; the story does not confirm him as a Jedi Knight. His mentor is not identified, and the finale does not clearly state Jod’s ultimate fate after the pirates are defeated.

A second season is unconfirmed. Lucasfilm’s production page and the StarWars.com series listing identify the series but do not announce another season. That absence is not confirmation that the show has been cancelled; the status is simply not established in those official listings.
