Stephanie Viada’s advice is to practice carrying yourself with confidence—even before you feel fully sure of yourself. In interviews, she connects that approach to speaking up, trusting her judgment, and making other people’s negative opinions less influential. Those are her personal reflections, not a guarantee that confidence will produce the same outcome for everyone.

What Viada means by leading with confidence

In a 2022 interview with People Chica, Viada put the idea simply: “If you carry yourself with confidence, you can speak with confidence.” She described confidence as something that can develop through practice, rather than a quality a person must already possess before taking action. In an interview with Social Impact Heroes, she reinforced the advice: “Speak with confidence, carry yourself with confidence, and it will come.”

Her point is about how she approaches communication and self-presentation. The interviews do not measure confidence or establish that this method reliably changes how other people respond.

Why fitness and representation matter to her

Viada has said she wants to challenge the idea that fitness and confidence belong only to smaller bodies. At the same time, she frames her own goal around feeling healthy and strong, rather than pursuing a particular body size. In Muscle & Fitness, she said, “I think it’s important for my public image to be at my healthiest and strongest.” In People Chica, she described her aim as: “My goal is always just to get stronger.”

That distinction matters: her account presents strength and confidence as personal priorities, not as a standard other women must meet or a claim that one body type defines fitness.

How she described staying grounded amid criticism

Asked how she avoids getting pulled into outside noise, Viada said she does not go looking for negative comments after an event. Her reasoning is practical: engaging with people who have already made up their minds will not necessarily change them, and it can give their remarks more attention.

This is a boundary she describes for herself, not advice that every person should ignore feedback. The interviews do not distinguish malicious comments from useful criticism or offer a broader strategy for handling harassment.

Trusting her judgment when work gets chaotic

Viada also connects confidence with entrepreneurship. She has described relying on her own judgment and plan of action, and stepping back when circumstances become chaotic so she can work out what to do next. Her account of intuition is therefore less about having certainty in advance than trusting herself to respond when a situation is difficult.

The available interviews, published in 2022, document what Viada said at that time. They do not establish how representative her experience is, describe the current state of her career, or show that her approach will work the same way for other people.

What her routine looked like in the interview period

In her account to Muscle & Fitness, Viada mentioned Barre and Pilates, with weights, cardio, or hiking as alternatives when she could not attend a class. These are examples from her own routine at the time of the interview, not a recommended program or a ranking of activities. The source does not report comparative health or performance outcomes.
