Is Aizen in Bleach episode 49?
There is no confirmation in the official materials reviewed that Aizen appears in episode 49. TV Tokyo’s episode listing covers earlier episodes but does not provide an episode 49 synopsis, and the official broadcast schedule gives timing, not story details. TV Tokyo’s episode guide and the official BLEACH schedule therefore do not establish his return.

The installment is part of the series’ climactic Soul Reaper–Quincy conflict. VIZ describes the battle for the survival of the Three Worlds as approaching its end, but that broader series context does not confirm which characters appear in episode 49. When does the next Bleach episode come out?
The next numbered installment listed in the official schedule is episode 49. Its release date depends on territory and format:

The Japanese schedule warns that dates may change. VIZ’s guide distinguishes subtitled dates from dubbed-release dates, so these listings should not be treated as one worldwide release time. VIZ identifies Hulu on Disney+ in the United States and Disney+ internationally for the subtitled series; availability can vary by market. Check the Japanese schedule or VIZ guide for the applicable listing.

A confirmed Aizen appearance would require an official episode synopsis, preview, or other announcement that names or clearly shows him. Until then, the schedule establishes when episode 49 is due—not what happens in it. A fan prediction may be reasonable to discuss as speculation, but it should not be presented as a confirmed return.
