There is no verified, comprehensive official gallery of shirtless Tom Holland pictures in the sources reviewed. The clearest documented leads are a reported shirtless scene in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Holland’s training discussions around Uncharted, and a shirtless gym photo reported on social media in 2022. These sources establish different things: a scene, his account of preparing for a role, and a reported post—not permission to reuse images.
Which movies have a reported shirtless Tom Holland scene?
Spider-Man: Brand New Day
In an interview published August 3, 2026, and reported by The Daily Beast on August 6, Holland described trying to manipulate his water intake before filming a shirtless scene. The report places it in a Russian bathhouse sequence with Florence Pugh’s character.
Holland said he avoided drinking water the day before filming and then drank a lot the day before that. He said the attempt made him grumpy and did not make much difference. This is a recollection of a filming experiment, not safe or effective guidance for changing your appearance; do not copy water restriction or rapid rehydration for a photo or workout.
What do the sources say about his training?
Uncharted preparation
A 2021 GQ profile describes Holland training during a production break. In a 2022 interview with Hype Malaysia, he said he went to the gym and “sort of fell in love with weight training.” These are accounts of his own preparation and experience, not a published workout plan or a claim that a particular routine produced a specific look.

- The "Spider-Man" trilogy features the three critically- acclaimed "Spider-Man" films directed by Sam Raimi. Follow Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) in these three adventures as he swings into action fighting super-villains Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Sandman and Venom and wins the heart of Mary Jane (Kirsten Dunst).
The Hype interview also attributes a figure of 40 million copies sold worldwide to the Uncharted game series. That is a franchise figure Holland gave while discussing the games; it says nothing about the number of images of him or interest in them.
Was a shirtless gym photo posted online?
ComicBook.com reported that Holland’s friend Oliver Trevena posted a shirtless gym picture of the two on Instagram in January 2022. This identifies a reported social-media post, not an official archive; the post may no longer be publicly available.

How to find images without assuming reuse rights
Search by the specific context—such as the film title, “bathhouse scene,” or the reported Trevena gym post—rather than treating unrelated training coverage as a photo gallery. Check the original publisher or account for current availability and attribution. A publicly viewable image is not automatically cleared for reposting, commercial use, or inclusion in a publication; the sources here do not establish licensing terms.
