Daniel Bisogno no tuvo un funeral tradicional porque su familia optó por despedirlo con un homenaje público en el teatro. Su hermano Alex explicó que querían recordarlo desde la alegría y no en una funeraria, y que la decisión también respondía al deseo de Daniel de volver a los escenarios y a la televisión.
La explicación que dio su hermano
Alex Bisogno atribuyó la decisión a la forma en que la familia quería recordar al conductor. En declaraciones recogidas por TV Azteca el 1 de marzo de 2025, dijo: “No se hizo un velorio porque nosotros consideramos que Daniel era más alegría que tristeza”. La frase expresa la perspectiva de Alex; no es una declaración oficial ni una explicación atribuible por igual a cada integrante de la familia.
Según la cobertura de El Universal del 24 de febrero de 2025, Alex habló con Alejandro Gou, productor y amigo de Daniel, sobre hacer un homenaje en lugar de una despedida limitada al formato de una funeraria. Alex también relacionó la elección con el deseo de su hermano de regresar al teatro y a los foros de televisión. Quién informó que, para él, el aplauso del público fue una forma de despedida.
El homenaje en el teatro
La despedida pública tuvo lugar en el Centro Cultural Teatro II, donde se presentaba Lagunilla, mi barrio, de acuerdo con El Universal. La familia eligió ese espacio para reunir a familiares, amigos, colegas y público y recordar a Daniel en un entorno ligado a su trabajo artístico.

La visita posterior al foro de Ventaneando
El homenaje teatral y la visita de las cenizas a Ventaneando fueron momentos distintos. Univision Famosos informó que el 24 de febrero de 2025 Michaela, hija de Daniel, y Cristina Riva Palacio, su exesposa, llevaron sus cenizas al foro del programa. La cobertura presentó la visita como una despedida en un lugar al que él quería volver; no debe confundirse con la fecha del homenaje en el teatro.

Quién informó que Daniel Bisogno murió el 20 de febrero de 2025, a los 51 años, y que sus restos fueron cremados ese mismo día. La cremación y la decisión familiar de no hacer un funeral tradicional aparecen en la cobertura del caso, pero las fuentes citadas no establecen que una haya impedido la otra. La explicación comunicada por Alex fue la elección de un homenaje alegre y público.
