Younger ran for seven seasons, following recently divorced Liza Miller as she pretended to be 26 to restart her publishing career. The comedy concluded with its seventh season; here’s who the central cast played and selected work they took on afterward.
What was Younger about?
Based on Pamela Redmond Satran’s 2005 novel, Younger follows Liza Miller, a woman in her 40s who struggles to re-enter publishing after her divorce. When people mistake her for someone younger, she claims to be 26 and lands an entry-level job, where she befriends Kelsey Peters. The series ran for seven seasons and ended with season seven. Netflix’s series guide covers the premise and adaptation.

Paramount described season seven as the final season. Its season-seven press listing records a 2021 Paramount+ rollout that began April 15 with four episodes, followed by weekly releases; that is historical scheduling, not a statement of current access.
Netflix’s guide, dated February 12, 2026, reported that all seven seasons were available on Netflix in the United States. Streaming rights vary by country and can change, so check the service catalog in your location rather than assuming the US listing applies elsewhere.
