Us Weekly reported those figures from an income and expense declaration Scott submitted on August 18, 2025. They are figures attributed to that filing—not a verified account of his current income or a single monthly salary.
What monthly income did Scott report?
In its August 20, 2025 report, Us Weekly said Scott identified himself as an actor and listed these average monthly amounts in his declaration:
| Reported category | Average per month |
|---|---|
| Salary or wages | About $110,000 |
| Royalties | $45,000 |
| Dividends or interest | $31,000 |
| Total across the listed categories | About $186,000 |
The total is the arithmetic sum of the three reported categories. It should not be read as $186,000 in salary: the declaration reportedly separated wages from royalties and investment income. E! News also summarized the same categories, attributing its account to court documents obtained by multiple outlets, but that is corroboration of the reporting rather than a direct review of the filing. (E! News)
How do the averages differ from the preceding month?
Us Weekly separately reported that the declaration listed $54,699 earned in the preceding month. That figure describes a single prior month, while the $110,000, $45,000, and $31,000 amounts are reported monthly averages for different income categories. They are distinct measures, so the preceding-month amount should not be substituted for or added to the averages.

The same report listed $59,039 in monthly bills. This is the expense total reported in the declaration, not an independently assessed estimate of Scott’s ongoing household or legal costs.
What assets were listed?
Us Weekly reported two asset line items from the declaration: $12,285,322 in stocks and bonds and $18,781,328 in real property. Those reported amounts are not a verified net-worth calculation. They do not, by themselves, establish the value of all assets and liabilities or how property would be treated in the divorce.

What was the divorce-case context in August 2025?
Us Weekly’s August 20, 2025 account placed the declaration in proceedings involving Scott and former spouse Olivia Korenberg. The report described a joint custody agreement and an ongoing attorney-fee dispute at that time. It also recounted opposing accounts of a housing dispute. Those descriptions reflect the reporting as of that date; they do not establish a later case status or a court’s resolution of the disputed issues.
The income declaration is not evidence of a particular support award, custody decision, property division, or attorney-fee ruling. The reported articles do not establish how a court treated each figure. The underlying filing was not directly reviewed for this account, so the amounts remain attributed to the reporting rather than independently verified.
