In a report published on 15 August 2023, PerthNow said Charlotte Murdoch Freud, known as Tiarlie, had introduced a “vampire aesthetic” on Instagram the previous month. The outlet described sleeker styling, makeup with a 1960s influence and her continued preference for black clothing.
What Tiarlie’s reported vampire look involved
PerthNow attributed the phrase “vampire aesthetic” to Tiarlie’s Instagram caption. Its description of the images noted a more streamlined style, 1960s-inspired makeup and black outfits. These are details from the outlet’s account of posts in July 2023, not confirmation of her current appearance or of whether those posts remain available.
Who is Charlotte Murdoch Freud?
PerthNow identified Tiarlie as Charlotte Murdoch Freud, the daughter of Elisabeth Murdoch and Matthew Freud, and a granddaughter of Rupert Murdoch. The same report described her as Rupert Murdoch’s sixth grandchild.
Tatler’s profile identifies Tiarlie as a singer-songwriter. Its page, dated 9 September 2025, says the feature originally appeared in the magazine’s October 2021 issue; its interview material should therefore be understood as historical, not as a new 2025 interview.
