No WWE announcement reviewed for this article confirms Roman Reigns and CM Punk will team up at Survivor Series: WarGames 2026. WWE has announced the event for November 28 at Daikin Park in Houston, but its announcement does not name a match card or identify either wrestler as a teammate. The pair did team at Survivor Series in 2024; that past match is not confirmation of a 2026 reunion.
What WWE has confirmed for Survivor Series 2026
WWE announced that Survivor Series: WarGames 2026 will take place on Saturday, November 28, at Daikin Park in Houston. The announcement covers the event location and ticketing, including presales, general sales and premium packages through On Location. It does not announce a Reigns-Punk team-up or a match involving either wrestler. WWE’s event announcement is the relevant official source for the date and venue.
A separate wrestling news report said Reigns was advertised for the event. An advertised appearance does not establish that he will wrestle, that Punk will appear, or that the two will be partners. The report should not be read as confirmation of a match.
Why the 2024 team-up may be causing confusion
Reigns and Punk did team at Survivor Series: WarGames in 2024. They joined Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso and Sami Zayn to defeat Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Bronson Reed in a WarGames match. WWE’s recap of the 2024 event describes tension between Reigns and Punk during the match, their cooperation, and a handshake afterward.

That result establishes a previous alliance, not a continuing partnership or a booked 2026 match. WWE’s February 2026 WrestleMania 42 coverage described Reigns and Punk as rivals ahead of their World Heavyweight Championship match and referred to their Survivor Series alliance as brief.
What remains unconfirmed
Based on WWE’s reviewed 2026 event announcement, there is no confirmed Reigns-Punk team-up for Survivor Series: WarGames 2026. The announcement also does not establish either wrestler’s participation. WWE could publish a later match-card update, so the status may change; check the current official event information for any new announcement.
