Why did Keough choose surrogacy?
Keough said she could carry children, but that surrogacy felt like the best choice given her physical health and autoimmune issues. She described surrogacy as “a very cool, selfless, and incredible act that these women do to help other people.” Those comments concerned Tupelo’s birth and Keough’s own decision; they do not establish how the couple’s second child was born.
What is known about baby No. 2?
The September 2025 report says the second child arrived earlier in 2025. It does not disclose the child’s name, sex, or exact birth date. It also does not state that the child was born via surrogate, so no birth method should be inferred from the reporting about Tupelo.
