Quordle game #1298 is labeled Thursday, August 14. Here are the hints first; the answers appear below a clear spoiler warning. TechRadar published its answer guide on August 13, 2025. Because the puzzle resets at midnight in each time zone, the date shown can differ by location.

Hints for Quordle game #1298

  1. Vowels: The four answers use four different standard vowels: A, E, I and O. This count excludes Y.
  2. Repeated letters: Three of the four answers contain a repeated letter.
  3. Uncommon letters: None of Q, Z, X or J appears in the answers.
  4. Shared first letter: Two answers start with the same letter.
  5. Starting letters: The answers begin L, I, R and L, in that order.
