Heidi Klum’s 2024 Halloween costume was a female version of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. Her husband, Tom Kaulitz, joined her dressed as E.T., while Klum’s elaborate look featured an oversized alien face, prosthetics and a glowing fingertip.
What was Heidi Klum’s Halloween costume in 2024?
Klum appeared as a female E.T. at her Halloween event, according to PerthNow’s 1 November 2024 report. Tom Kaulitz attended as E.T. alongside her.
What did the costume look like?
The transformation combined facial prosthetics with a gigantic suit. Klum wore a blonde wig, long eyelashes, a hat and a dress. Her head formed the alien’s neck, beneath a large face with blinking eyes; an index finger lit up as part of the look.
The reported details make the costume’s effect clear: it was not simply an E.T. mask or a standard character outfit, but an oversized alien design built around Klum’s own face and body.

How does it fit with Klum’s other Halloween costumes?
The 2024 reveal followed Klum’s 2023 peacock costume, which PerthNow reported incorporated 10 Cirque du Soleil performers as feathers. That number refers to the performers involved in that particular costume, not a general measure of Klum’s Halloween productions.
The year matters: Klum’s later 2025 Halloween costume was Medusa, as reported by The Daily Beast on 1 November 2025. That is a separate reveal, not the E.T. costume described here.

Can you buy the exact E.T. costume?
The reported outfit was a custom, elaborate look; no exact retail match is established. Someone drawing inspiration from it could search for E.T.-themed clothing or assemble separate elements such as an alien face, oversized suit and light-up fingertip. Those are inspiration ideas, not verified products that reproduce Klum’s costume.
