There is no reliable way to confirm cosmetic work from a wrestler’s appearance alone. The clearest evidence is what a performer has publicly said—and the available statements concern specific procedures, not a general verdict on anyone’s face or body.
What counts as confirmed?
“Work done” can mean very different things: elective cosmetic procedures, treatment to repair a medical complication, or hair restoration. A performer’s own public statement, reported with clear attribution, is a stronger basis for an article than photographs, anonymous claims, or fan speculation. Even then, the statement confirms only what the person discussed. An admission about one procedure does not verify other rumors, and a denial about one area does not amount to a denial about every procedure.
The examples below are reports of public comments, not medical records. They show what these performers were reported to have said; they do not establish a broader trend across WWE.
Which WWE performers have discussed procedures?

In an official WWE feature, The Miz joked: “No, I’m not getting any plastic surgery; The Miz doesn’t do plastic surgery.” It is a characterful remark in a WWE feature, not a clinical record and not evidence about other performers.

Do these statements prove how common cosmetic work is in WWE?
No. Individual disclosures cannot establish a roster-wide rate, and there is no representative statistic here from which to calculate one. The cited accounts also do not establish a current WWE-wide policy requiring or addressing elective cosmetic procedures. Claims about a particular performer’s appearance should therefore not be presented as fact unless supported by a direct, attributable statement or reliable reporting.
