Joe Don Rooney and Tiffany Fallon’s divorce was finalized in September 2023, according to a 2023 report by Music Mayhem. The report says the decree provided for equal annual parenting time, denied Fallon’s request for spousal support and set child support at $791 per week. Those terms are reported from a decree obtained by PEOPLE; the court document was not independently reviewed here.
When was the divorce finalized?
Music Mayhem reported on December 5, 2023, that the divorce had been finalized in September 2023. The same report says Rooney and Fallon separated in January 2021. The marriage date, April 23, 2006, was announced on Rascal Flatts’ official website in 2010.

What did the decree reportedly provide?
According to Music Mayhem’s account of the final decree, Fallon was named the primary residential parent and Rooney the alternate residential parent, while each was assigned 182.5 days of parenting time per year. The report identifies three children, including Devon Olivia.
The report also says Fallon’s request for spousal support was denied and child support was set at $791 per week. These are case-specific terms as reported in 2023, not general guidance about custody or support arrangements.
