Rachel Lindsay was ordered to pay Bryan Abasolo $13,257 a month in temporary spousal support in 2024, according to E! News’s reporting on court documents. That monthly order was later superseded by a reported divorce settlement: Lindsay agreed to a $500,000 equalization payment, not ongoing monthly support. Later reporting in 2026 said she had finished paying.
What was the $13,257 monthly order?
In July 2024, E! News reported that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered Lindsay to pay Abasolo $13,257 per month in temporary spousal support. The outlet also reported that the court deferred a decision on whether support would be retroactive. The underlying order is not available in the general online court-document image system, so these terms are attributed to E! News’s account of court documents.
E! News also reported separate orders for Lindsay to contribute $15,000 toward Abasolo’s attorney fees and $5,000 toward forensic expert expenses. Those amounts were contributions toward case expenses, not part of the monthly support figure.
Why the couple’s divorce went to court
Lindsay and Abasolo married in August 2019 after meeting on season 13 of The Bachelorette. Abasolo filed for divorce in Los Angeles in January 2024, citing irreconcilable differences and seeking spousal support and attorney fees, the Associated Press reported. His filing listed December 31, 2023, as their separation date. The AP also reported that they had no children together.

What replaced the temporary order?
Reports in January 2025 described a settlement that replaced the interim monthly arrangement. E! News reported that Lindsay would make a $500,000 lump-sum equalization payment. Page Six reporting syndicated by Yahoo said the settlement released Lindsay from future spousal-support obligations and credited $39,771 in support already paid against the $500,000.
That credit leaves a reported net payment of $460,229. The $500,000 figure is the reported gross equalization payment; it should not be described as $500,000 in recurring or monthly spousal support.
Did Rachel Lindsay finish paying Bryan Abasolo?
In 2026, an AOL article republishing People’s reporting said Lindsay confirmed she had finished paying. The report described the net amount after the prior-support credit as $460,229. This completion claim comes from later media reporting and is not independently verified here against a court payment record.

The Los Angeles Superior Court provides case-search and divorce-document ordering services, but its online-services guidance says family-law documents are not available through the general online document-image access route. Obtaining a divorce judgment may require a case number. The reported court terms above are therefore attributed to the outlets that described them.
