Matt Passmore paid tribute to his former partner and McLeod’s Daughters co-star Rachael Carpani after her death, writing: “Farewell my friend. All the love I have to the Carpanis, friends and family.” The Guardian reported those words from Passmore’s Instagram post.
Passmore’s tribute
The Guardian quoted Passmore’s message as: “Farewell my friend. All the love I have to the Carpanis, friends and family.” The Guardian’s report identifies it as a post from his Instagram.
Now To Love reproduced a longer version of the tribute, ending: “The greatest gift you gave was knowing you.” That expanded wording is reported by Now To Love, rather than part of the short quotation published by The Guardian. Now To Love’s account carries the additional line.
