In its 30 March 2024 report, PerthNow said Dunn left Amaraa Hair in Mount Hawthorn with her hair down in soft waves. It also reported that she was carrying a suitcase and flagging down a cab.

The article speculated that the salon visit might have been a “pamper day”; it did not establish that as Dunn’s reason for being there. Nor did it identify a hair product, styling tool, suitcase brand, or other item associated with the outing.
What the “scandal” referred to
PerthNow linked the sighting to the Married at First Sight storyline at the time. According to its account, at the preceding Sunday’s commitment ceremony, Tori raised news that Dunn’s on-screen husband, Jonathan McCullough, had been messaging former MAFS participant Ellie Dix.

That is the episode context as described by PerthNow. The report does not independently establish the private communications as fact, so they should be understood as claims within the show’s storyline rather than verified events.
What was said about Lauren’s knowledge
PerthNow included a comment from an unnamed source described as close to the show about what Dunn knew. Because the source was not named and the report offers no independent verification of that claim, it should not be treated as a confirmed account of Dunn’s knowledge.

Why the date matters
