The ceremony was scheduled for September 7 at UBS Arena in New York, but Pitchfork reported that this performance segment was recorded in Germany while the artists were touring together.
What song did Post Malone and Jelly Roll perform?
They performed “Losers,” the Post Malone and Jelly Roll collaboration from Post Malone’s album F-1 Trillion. It is track 10 on the album, and the official release page lists the studio recording at 3:29. The F-1 Trillion CD and vinyl editions listed through Post Malone’s official website are album releases, not confirmed physical editions of the VMAs performance.
Was the performance recorded at UBS Arena?
No. UBS Arena was the venue for the 2025 VMAs ceremony, which Paramount announced would take place on September 7. Pitchfork reported that Post Malone and Jelly Roll’s performance segment was recorded in Germany during their tour together. That Germany detail comes from Pitchfork’s report; it is separate from MTV’s description of the awards performance.
Where can you watch the official performance?
MTV’s verified channel published the official performance video on September 7, 2025, identifying the artists and the song as “Losers.” The video is presented as part of the 2025 Video Music Awards. Paramount said the ceremony would air coast-to-coast on CBS, simulcast on MTV, and stream on Paramount+ in the United States.
