A 2017 report also gives a sense of the reported scale of the show’s main sets.
Colors TV’s gallery focuses on Parvati’s on-screen look
On August 28, 2017, Colors TV published an official gallery titled “On-sets of Mahakaali: This is how Pooja Sharma gets the serene look of ‘Mata Parvati’”. Its images center on Sharma’s visual transformation for the role. The page offers little written explanation, so it shows the look being created without documenting the methods, materials, or crew behind it.
A later tour turns attention to the sets
On May 7, 2020, Zoom TV’s Telly Talk published an “Exclusive set tour” led by Sharma and Saurabh Raj Jain. The page description says the performers reveal small details of the set and discuss the work involved in making the sets. It broadens the behind-the-scenes view beyond the Parvati-focused gallery, toward set detailing and craft.
What is reported about the main set environments
A 2017 Scroll.in report, “Photos: An angry goddess and demons in the latest mythological show Mahakali”, names Paatal Lok and Mahadev’s home, Kailash, as set environments. Scroll.in reported that more than 1,200 people worked on the main sets. That is the report’s production figure, not an independently verified headcount.
What the available material does not establish
The published gallery and tour descriptions do not establish the exact studio or shooting address, set dimensions, construction materials, budgets, or a complete roster of art-direction and set-construction credits. They provide a cast-led glimpse of the show’s visual world, not a full technical production history.
