There was no single verified presale code for every Nickelback Get Rollin’ Tour date in 2023. Fan-club codes were sent only for eligible shows, typically the evening before or morning of a presale. Because the tour is over, a code found online should not be treated as usable; check the original event page for that date’s ticketing details.
How Nickelback fan-club presale codes worked
Nickelback’s official support guidance said codes were typically sent “either the evening before or the morning of the official presale date, if applicable.” Not every show had a presale, particularly festivals. The guidance does not identify a universal code for the 2023 tour or confirm a code for every date. Nickelback’s presale-code help page explains the timing and eligibility caveat.
Where members were told to look
- Check the email inbox associated with the membership, including spam or junk.
- Check the Nickelback Club Member Dashboard and Club Forum for show-specific information.
- Make sure the membership is active and in good standing.
Nickelback’s official social-links page also directs fans to the club for presale details and access. That is a route for applicable offers, not evidence of a working code for a completed 2023 show.
Was there a Live Nation presale code?
The 2023 tour announcement said tickets were available through Live Nation, but it did not publish a universal Live Nation presale code or establish the exact presale setup for every concert. Live Nation’s current help page says some Ticketmaster.com presales can be unlocked by All Access members signed in with the same email used to join; presales ticketed by another company may require a code. This general guidance does not prove how any particular Nickelback date was configured in 2023. See Live Nation’s current presale-access guidance.

Tour dates and public on-sale timing
Live Nation announced a 38-city North American tour beginning June 12, 2023, in Quebec City and ending August 30 in Belmont Park, New York. Brantley Gilbert was listed for non-festival dates, with Josh Ross as a special guest. The announcement said tickets were on sale through Live Nation. Read the tour announcement.
Public-sale dates varied by event. For example, 313 Presents announced that tickets for the Pine Knob show would go on sale January 27, 2023, at 10 a.m.; Rogers Place listed the same date and time locally for its event. Those examples do not establish a schedule for every date. Pine Knob announcement · Rogers Place event listing.

VIP packages were separate from presale codes
The tour announcement described optional VIP packages that could include premium tickets, an invitation to the pre-show High Times VIP Lounge, a specially designed Nickelback gift item, and early entry. The stated inclusions were not guaranteed for every package. A VIP offer is a ticket package, not a presale code. Live Nation’s announcement contains the tour’s package description.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What to do if you are checking an old code
- Identify the exact concert date and venue rather than relying on a tour-wide code list.
- Look for the original event or ticketing page and any contemporaneous official fan-club email or dashboard notice.
- Do not assume a code from another date—or a code posted on an unofficial list—applied to that event.
The reviewed official pages do not provide a date-by-date archive of 2023 codes, so the exact code for an individual show cannot be established from them. Since the tour has ended, those sources also do not establish that any 2023 code remains usable.
