The theme is “We’re walking.” Think about a way of moving that involves two feet.
A stronger clue
The spangram is a seven-letter word for moving on two feet. It runs from right to left across the board.
First letters and lengths
If you need more help, the six theme words begin with these letters and have these lengths:

How Strands hints work
The puzzle uses a 6-by-8 grid. Trace words through neighboring letters in any direction, without reusing letters or crossing another answer. The spangram captures the theme and touches opposite sides of the grid.
To earn an in-game hint, find three non-theme words of four or more letters. Each set of three earns a hint that highlights one theme word.
