How Strands hints work
Strands is a themed word-search puzzle: trace adjacent letters in any direction to form words, without reusing or crossing letters. You can also enter non-theme words of at least four letters. According to the date-specific guide and an independent rules guide, every three valid non-theme words earns a hint that highlights a theme word.
