Hints for Connections #582
Each nudge points toward a group’s shared idea without listing all four words. The colors identify the puzzle’s four groups.
- Yellow: Think of verbs that mean to instruct or help someone learn.
- Green: Think of keeping something in reserve or setting it aside for later.
- Blue: Think of commands a learner might hear while driving.
- Purple: Each word can come before “worm” to make a familiar word.

How Connections works
Connections presents a grid of 16 terms. Find four words that share a thread, select them, and submit them as a group. The goal is to identify four groups of four; the groups use color-coded difficulty and may rely on wordplay as well as straightforward associations.
