What was the Japanese broadcast time?
The official Season 7 announcement said the season would air Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. on Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV network stations across Japan, with some regional exceptions. That is the Japanese television slot; it is distinct from the later local streaming times listed above.

Streaming catalogs and release availability can vary by territory, so those listings should be read in that geographic context. The official franchise announcement set Season 7’s premiere for May 4, 2024, beginning with the season’s episode 139. It said the story starts from manga volume 34, chapter 329. Before the season, the four-part My Hero Academia: Memories recap aired on April 6, 13, 20, and 27, 2024. These dates explain the season’s lead-in, rather than changing Episode 6’s June 8 schedule.
