Does that time apply to streaming outside Japan?
No universal international streaming time is established by these listings. The 5:30 p.m. JST time is the Japanese television slot. Streaming availability and release timing can vary by country, territory, and platform, and an exact Episode 5 timestamp outside Japan has not been confirmed here.

Disney+ Japan lists the series as having eight seasons and includes an S8:E5 entry; that confirms a Japanese catalog listing, not that the same season or episode is available on Disney+ in every country. Disney+ Japan’s listing Crunchyroll describes a release calendar that can show schedule details, but its captured calendar did not display this title, so it does not establish a release time—or whether the episode is available—in a particular territory.
