Jiro and Tokoyami help create an opening
Hawks and Tokoyami coordinate their attack and break All For One’s mask, identified as his weakness. The mask breaking gives the heroes an opening, but it does not make the danger disappear: Endeavor has to push himself back into the fight.
Endeavor charges back in
After the mask is broken, Endeavor gets back up and launches a desperate renewed attack on All For One. His charge raises the stakes of the confrontation as the heroes try to capitalize on the opening.
#1 Best Overall
- Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he hasn't got an ounce of power in him
- What would the world be like if 80 percent of the population manifested superpowers called “Quirks”
- Heroes and villains would be battling it out everywhere! Being a hero would mean learning to use your power, but where would you go to study
Bakugo attacks at U.A.’s flying fortress
The parallel fight at U.A.’s flying fortress is also deteriorating. Best Jeanist’s group faces pressure from Shigaraki, and Bakugo uses Howitzer Impact to break through the worsening situation. The cut between battles gives the episode two connected action peaks: the opening against All For One and Bakugo’s attempt to change the balance at U.A.
Why Jiro’s moment matters
Jiro is wounded, yet she still steps in because her friends are in danger. That choice gives the All For One fight its emotional center: the heroes’ progress is not only a matter of overpowering him, but also of continuing to act for one another under pressure. The official synopsis describes an unexpected development within All For One after Jiro confronts him, without spelling out more in its summary.
