When and where was Netflix Tudum 2025?
The live event took place at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on May 31, 2025. Netflix’s corporate recap called it the first Tudum livestream carried exclusively on Netflix. The company described more than 100 stars joining the event; that is Netflix’s characterization of its program, not an independently measured attendance count. Netflix’s corporate recap also reported over 1.4 billion global social impressions across Netflix and talent accounts for the pre- and post-event campaign. Impressions are not unique viewers or people.
What did Netflix announce for its biggest returning series?
Stranger Things Season 5: a three-part final season
Netflix announced that the fifth and final season would arrive in three parts: four episodes on November 26, three on December 25, and the finale on December 31, 2025. Each release was scheduled for 5 p.m. Pacific Time. These were the dates announced at the event, not upcoming dates. Netflix’s Tudum recap called it the series’ final season.
Netflix said the Stranger Things 5 date-announcement asset collected 250 million impressions across Netflix channels in its first 96 hours, describing it as the company’s biggest date announcement ever. That figure refers to the asset’s impressions, not the season’s audience.
