Where are the Netflix House locations?
Netflix House Philadelphia is at King of Prussia, a mall in the Philadelphia region outside the city proper. It opened on Nov. 12, 2025. Netflix House Dallas is at Galleria Dallas in Texas; it opened on Dec. 11, 2025. Netflix confirmed both were open in its Feb. 27, 2026 update, and its venue page lists both as open as of Oct. 8, 2026.

Netflix describes Netflix House as a permanent, year-round entertainment venue spanning more than 100,000 square feet. The locations combine activities themed around Netflix shows and films with games, food, shopping, photo opportunities, and screenings or events. The precise lineup is not identical at each venue.

Netflix’s February 2026 guide listed the following activities. Activations refresh regularly, so treat this as a dated snapshot rather than a guarantee of what will be available on your visit.

Netflix’s 2025 Philadelphia opening announcement said the Tudum Theater seats up to 229 guests. That is a company-reported capacity figure, not a guarantee of a particular screening or event schedule.
Is Netflix House free, and do you need a subscription?
Anyone can visit, whether or not they subscribe to Netflix. Entry and exploration of select areas are free, while several featured experiences require tickets. Food, merchandise, or other activities may also have separate costs; check the venue’s current information for what is included in a particular ticket.
Netflix’s current ticket pages provide date-specific prices and availability. Prices vary by location, date, demand, and experience, and popular tickets can sell out. Buy online through Netflix House, or check on-site kiosks and third-party partners for other purchase options. Netflix recommends booking ahead.
Netflix’s Philadelphia opening announcement listed launch starting prices of $39 for feature experiences, $25 for Netflix Virtuals, and $15 for Top 9 mini-golf. Those are historical 2025 figures, not current prices. Use the official booking page for the date and time you plan to visit.

- Choose the venue. Use the King of Prussia location for Netflix House Philadelphia or Galleria Dallas for Netflix House Dallas; the Philadelphia-region venue is not downtown.
- Check the lineup and ticket page. Review the selected venue’s current experiences, requirements, hours, and date-specific ticket availability at Netflix House.
- Review age guidance. Netflix says the venues are open to all ages, but individual activities may have age recommendations or require adult supervision. Check the page for the experience you select.
- Understand ticket changes. Netflix says tickets are non-refundable, but bookings can be changed up to two hours before the scheduled visit. If you booked through a third party, you may need to manage changes with that seller.
- Plan how to pay. Netflix House is cashless and accepts major U.S. credit and debit cards and Apple Pay. An on-site kiosk can convert cash to a prepaid card. Netflix gift cards cannot be used on the site or at the venues.
What is planned for Las Vegas?
Netflix has announced a Las Vegas Netflix House for 2027. It is a plan, not an open venue, and Netflix’s official pages reviewed for this update do not give an exact opening date.
What Netflix has reported about the venues
Netflix’s 2025 Philadelphia announcement said more than 260 local tradespeople worked during construction and development, and that the project supports nearly 300 permanent local jobs. These are company-reported figures, not independently audited measures of job impact. Netflix’s opening announcements described each venue as more than 100,000 square feet.
