In a February 26, 2025 interview with Alex Cooper on Call Her Daddy, she reflected on intimacy, public humiliation and relationships without disclosing her current relationship status or naming partners.
What Lewinsky said about dating
Asked whether she had dated, Lewinsky said she had, though not always successfully. She described having “dated some amazing men” and said those relationships helped her recover parts of herself. She also said she had not had a relationship “that goes the full distance.”
Her summary was: “but it was definitely my dating life has been complicated, I think at times.” These are Lewinsky’s spoken remarks in the February 26, 2025 Call Her Daddy interview transcript.
Why she described it as complicated
Lewinsky connected some of those difficulties to how she was publicly sexualized and humiliated around sex. “When you add on the way I was sexualized and humiliated around sex, you know, it makes it more complicated, you know,” she said. She was describing her own experience, not offering a general explanation for other people’s relationships.

#1 Best Overall
The interview placed her reflection within a wider discussion of her relationship with Clinton, the power differential she said was involved, and the media exposure that followed. Lewinsky said she should never have been in that position. That context informs her comments about intimacy, but does not establish that the scandal alone accounts for her later dating experiences.
What the interview does—and does not—reveal
Lewinsky’s comments offer a personal reflection on dating and recovery; they are not a disclosure of her current relationship status or a list of confirmed partners. The interview does not establish whether she is single, partnered, married or currently dating. The host’s questions about whether men had the wrong reasons for dating her, and how she learned to trust people again, are questions—not evidence of her private circumstances.

For historical context, a December 11, 1998 White House response to the articles of impeachment records that Clinton described his conduct with Lewinsky as wrong. A 2018 Washington Post report summarized Lewinsky’s reconsideration of the relationship through the lens of power and consent: “What Monica Lewinsky learned from #MeToo”. Neither source establishes her present-day dating status; her 2025 interview is the direct source for the comments about her dating life.
