The wedding took place in May 2024. Reports published on May 24 said the couple had married the preceding weekend, but did not give a verified ceremony date. Jon Bon Jovi confirmed the marriage in a BBC interview on May 28; CBS News reported his confirmation on May 29. Vogue’s May 24 report described the location as unconfirmed, and CBS News’ May 29 account reported Bon Jovi’s confirmation.
What is known about the ceremony?
Bon Jovi described it as “a very small family wedding.” He also said the bride looked gorgeous and that his son was “as happy as can be.” Contemporary reports said the couple’s parents attended, but did not establish a venue. The available reporting therefore supports describing the event as a private family ceremony—not naming a specific location or exact day as fact.
How did the couple’s relationship lead to the wedding?
According to Vogue, Brown and Bongiovi connected on Instagram and began dating in 2021. Brown announced their engagement in April 2023.

What did Millie Bobby Brown wear?
The couple shared more about the wedding months later. On October 2, 2024, Brown posted wedding photographs with the caption “Forever and always, your wife.” Teen Vogue’s coverage identified her ceremony look as a custom white lace Galia Lahav gown. It also described a short white satin minidress worn later that evening and an Oscar de la Renta halter dress for dinner. Bongiovi wore a white Tom Ford tuxedo jacket with a black bowtie.

In an August 21, 2025 report, the Associated Press said Brown and Bongiovi had adopted a daughter that summer. The AP reported that the couple released no further details. Its report kept that announcement private, and there is no basis to add details beyond what they shared.
