La influencer turca Kübra Aykut murió en Estambul el 23 de septiembre de 2024 tras caer desde un quinto piso. Se hizo conocida internacionalmente por un video en el que celebraba una boda sin novio y se casaba consigo misma. La cobertura publicada en septiembre de 2024 indicó que las autoridades investigaban si la caída fue accidental o un suicidio; las fuentes citadas no confirman una conclusión final.

Aykut era una creadora de contenido turca que alcanzó notoriedad internacional con un video de una boda sin novio. La cobertura de People en Español y Türkiye Today relacionó su popularidad con esa celebración. People en Español informó que el video, publicado en 2023, se titulaba «Me casé conmigo misma».
Por qué se casó consigo misma
Según People en Español, Aykut explicó que tomó la decisión porque no había encontrado a nadie que la «mereciera». La misma nota le atribuyó esta frase sobre la celebración: «Tuve una boda bella con mis amigos. Nos divertimos mucho». Esas palabras deben entenderse como citas atribuidas por el medio, no como una transcripción verificada aquí directamente con el video original.
