- April 30, 2025: The California Lawyers Association published a fuller summary of the complaint, including the mini-PC and remote-access software allegation.
- August 2025: Bloomberg Law later reported that the company had overcome Nabors’s bid to have the lawsuit dismissed.
- February 11, 2026: Bloomberg Law reported that the parties had notified the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina of an agreement in principle to settle. It said settlement details were not immediately available.
So, the case was reported to be headed toward settlement, but the available update does not establish that a final settlement was entered or that the court dismissed the case.
