The former Mike Tyson and 50 Cent estate at 50 Poplar Hill Drive in Farmington, Connecticut, is asking $9.9 million. A local report published in September 2026 said it was still on the market at that price, and the broker’s listing displayed the same asking price on October 8, 2026. Because real-estate listings can change, confirm the live listing for its current status.
Where the estate is and what it includes
The property sits in Farmington, in central Connecticut. Realtor.com described it in 2025 as roughly 51,000 square feet on 17.6 acres; CT Insider reported 51,830 square feet. The bedroom count is not consistent across those accounts: Realtor.com listed 19 bedrooms, while CT Insider listed 21. CT Insider also reported 40 bathrooms and seven kitchens; Realtor.com reported seven kitchens.
Published descriptions list a nightclub, casino room, cigar lounge, recording studio, guest and pool houses, and a helicopter pad. Realtor.com reported that 50 Cent had said he recorded his 2005 album The Massacre in the studio; that recording history is attributed to him, not independently verified here.

What the earlier sale history does—and does not—show
A 2016 Hartford Courant report said 50 Cent had an agreement to sell the estate for $8 million to a party proposing an assisted-living facility. The report also said no plan had been submitted to Farmington land-use boards at that time. That episode is historical context only; it does not establish that a conversion was approved or that the transaction closed.
