That October 7, 2026 description is the latest relationship-status reporting cited here. Court TV’s report concerned Vaccaro’s testimony in litigation related to accusations about events during the marriage.
What happened in the divorce proceedings?
January 2024: Initial petition and Hill’s response
Hill filed a divorce petition in January 2024. The Miami Herald reported that the filing described the two-month-old marriage as “irretrievably broken.” Hill publicly denied at the time that they were seeking a divorce, saying, “We are happily married and gone stay that way.” South Florida divorce attorney Evan Marks, whom the Herald identified as having reviewed the petition, called it “a legitimate, properly filed petition for dissolution of marriage.” Those statements describe the initial filing and Hill’s response in 2024, not the couple’s later status. The Miami Herald reported on the petition and denial.
October 2025: Amended petition and allegations
In October 2025, the Miami Herald reported that an amended divorce petition Vaccaro had filed on September 4 was unsealed by a Miami-Dade judge. The petition alleged eight incidents of domestic violence. These are allegations in a court filing, not findings established by the filing itself. The Herald’s report describes the amended petition.

October 2026: Court TV’s description
Court TV’s October 7, 2026 report described Vaccaro as Hill’s ex-wife and their marriage as lasting 18 months. It also said Hill had not faced criminal charges from the accusations discussed in that report. A divorce petition, testimony in litigation, and criminal charges are different kinds of legal developments; none alone should be treated as proof of a criminal offense or as a complete account of a divorce’s final disposition.

The Associated Press reported that police responded to a domestic dispute involving Hill in April 2025 and that no charges were filed. According to the AP, Hill and his wife said the argument had not turned physical; officers noted a bruise, and his wife said it may have happened accidentally when Hill took the baby. This is a separate report about a police response, not a determination about the later allegations described in Vaccaro’s amended petition. The AP report gives the details of that incident.
