Harpoon Hunters follows Cape Cod fishing families pursuing Atlantic bluefin tuna. Hulu and Prime Video list cast members and viewing options, though availability can vary by location and change over time. The series premiered on Discovery Channel on January 24, 2025; the teaser’s specific scenes and featured cast members are not established by the available listing information.
What is Harpoon Hunters about?
Warner Bros. Discovery describes the series as following multi-generational fishing families off Cape Cod as they pursue Atlantic bluefin tuna. The network says the crews use 10-foot electrified spears and have a four-week fishing window before the overall limit is met. Its announcement says a tuna may be worth as much as $10,000, a figure presented by the network rather than an independently verified market value or a guarantee for every catch. Read Warner Bros. Discovery’s series announcement.
The specialized gear is part of the show’s working setting, not a consumer recommendation. Warner Bros. Discovery announced the series for Discovery Channel, with Pilgrim Media Group, a division of Lionsgate Alternative Television, producing it for the company.
Who is in the cast?
