Michael Willis Heard, the creator known online as LoveAndLightTV, was reported to have died at 53. His daughter, Mykel Crumbie, reportedly announced his death on November 9, 2025. The reports available did not identify a confirmed cause of death. Heard became widely associated with the “Yes King” meme after audio from a 2023 video was reused online.

News coverage reported that Heard died in November 2025 and that his daughter announced the death on November 9. Hindustan Times, Know Your Meme and The Economic Times covered the family announcement on November 10; IBTimes UK reported his age as 53 on November 11. These accounts describe a social media post by his daughter, rather than citing an official record. Hindustan Times, Know Your Meme, The Economic Times and IBTimes UK reported the news.
Crumbie’s tribute was quoted in secondary coverage as saying, “My daddy man.. I’ma miss you so much, king,” and, “This is crazy to me and you really messing up the family with this one.” The wording is attributed to her social media post in those reports.
Has the cause of death been confirmed?
No cause of death had been publicly confirmed by the family in the reports published on November 10, 2025. The Economic Times described online claims about a cause as unverified; the coverage did not establish them as fact. The reporting cited here provides no verified medical or official explanation, so claims about a specific illness or medical event should not be treated as confirmed.
